One should always remain connected with the outside world as to what all is happening around us. At the same time, we should also have the latest information on current events and that is where the role of news comes in. A piece of news is presented in front of us via various mediums like press release, newspapers, magazines, broadcast, Internet, television, radio or word of mouth and more.
The existence of this term “news” holds a lot of theories. A lot of speculations are there that the term is derived as a special use of the plural form of "new" in the 14th century. Some say that the term “news” has a strong relation with German word "neues".
In this world, people do all kinds of things to gain popularity and media attention and that is why most of the news provide fake information just to add spice in their matter. They do everything to gain TRPs from all side. They just want money. But that is wrong. A perfect form of news should provide a true interpretation of the event that has occurred or anything of that sort. But it does not mean that you will not find true news anywhere! Of course not. There are some mediums that provide true and to the point news as well. It is up to us as to how we differentiate between them.
